Rental Agreement

1. Rental Period & Return

Items are rented for the period covering your event on [event date]. Late returns are billed at the daily rental rate per item until returned to Edge Floral Event Designers.

2. Damage & Loss

You are responsible for items from delivery through return. Damaged or missing items are billed at replacement value. The deposit is applied first against any such charges.

3. Payment

The order total of [order total] includes a non-refundable deposit charged at checkout; the balance is due before delivery.

4. Cancellation

Cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of [event date] forfeit the deposit. Earlier cancellations may be credited toward a future rental.

5. Limitation of Liability

Edge Floral Event Designers's liability shall not exceed the total paid for the rental. This agreement is governed by the laws of the District of Columbia; the English version controls.
